Informational software, not professional advice
Solvryn provides business analytics and financial intelligence software. Solvryn is not acting as your accountant, CPA, auditor, bookkeeper, attorney, tax adviser, investment adviser, broker, lender, credit adviser, insurance adviser, or fiduciary. Use qualified professionals when a decision requires professional advice or regulated services.
Your data determines the output
Solvryn's calculations depend on the data you provide and how transactions are classified. Missing periods, duplicate records, incorrect dates, misclassified income or expenses, unusual accounting methods, one-time events, incomplete exports, or inaccurate source data can materially change results.
Data Confidence indicators, where shown, are informational aids and are not guarantees that the underlying dataset is complete or correct.
Deterministic calculations can still be wrong
Solvryn is designed to calculate core metrics from structured data before generating AI explanations. This reduces—but does not eliminate—the risk of incorrect output. Software defects, mapping assumptions, category choices, data formatting issues, and business-specific accounting treatment can still cause errors.
AI output has additional limitations
AI-generated explanations and answers can misunderstand context, omit important facts, overstate certainty, or produce inaccurate statements. AI output is probabilistic and may differ across requests. References to "verified" metrics mean the metric was derived by Solvryn's calculation layer; they do not mean every surrounding AI statement has been independently audited or professionally certified.
Forecasts and scenarios are estimates
Solvryn Forecast uses historical business data and scenario assumptions to estimate possible future operating results. Forecasts are not promises, guarantees, budgets, valuations, or assurances of future revenue, profitability, liquidity, or solvency.
Unless a feature is expressly labeled otherwise, Solvryn's current 90-day forecast is an operating run-rate forecast—not a bank-balance cash forecast. It may not include beginning cash, accounts receivable timing, accounts payable timing, debt schedules, taxes, owner distributions, financing events, capital expenditures, or other cash movements.
Solvryn Score and alerts are not ratings
Solvryn Score is an internal analytical indicator based on product-defined factors. It is not a credit score, credit rating, valuation, audit opinion, solvency opinion, underwriting decision, investment rating, or certification of business health. Alerts are signals for review, not findings of fraud, accounting error, or misconduct.
No tax, accounting, or audit reliance
Solvryn output should not be submitted as a tax return, financial statement audit, review, compilation, attestation, or formal accounting opinion. Tax treatment and accounting presentation can depend on facts and rules not contained in your uploaded data.
No investment, securities, lending, or credit advice
Solvryn does not recommend securities, investment strategies, loans, lenders, credit products, insurance products, or financing terms. Solvryn output is not designed to determine whether a person or business should receive credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another legally protected high-impact decision.
Beta product risk
During the founding beta, features may be incomplete or change without preserving prior methodology. Results generated at different times may differ because product logic, AI models, user data, classifications, or assumptions changed.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for reviewing source records, validating important calculations, understanding assumptions, maintaining appropriate business records, and deciding whether and how to act. When the consequences are material, independently verify the relevant data and consult an appropriate qualified professional.
