Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Solvryn Technologies, LLC ("Solvryn," "we," "us," or "our") and our websites, applications, financial intelligence workspace, and related services. It does not govern third-party websites or services that have their own privacy practices.

Account and profile information

We collect information such as email address, authentication identifiers, business name, industry, approximate revenue range, city, state, and other information you choose to provide.

Business financial data

When you upload or enter data, we may process transaction dates, descriptions, categories, amounts, income/expense classifications, upload metadata, and related business financial information. Solvryn V1 is designed around business-provided data exports rather than direct bank credentials.

AI interactions

We may process questions, prompts, generated responses, structured financial metrics, and limited conversation context needed to provide AI-enabled features such as Insights or Ask Solvryn.

Billing information

Subscription checkout and payment methods are processed by Stripe. Solvryn may receive customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status, trial dates, cancellation status, and similar billing metadata. Solvryn does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers in its application database.

Usage and technical information

We may collect product usage events, feature-request counts, timestamps, error information, IP-derived or device/browser information available through our hosting infrastructure, and security logs used to operate, protect, and improve the Services.

We use information to:

• create and secure accounts and business workspaces;
• import, organize, calculate, and display business financial metrics;
• generate scores, forecasts, alerts, reports, and AI-assisted explanations;
• provide customer support and respond to requests;
• process subscriptions, trials, and plan entitlements;
• detect abuse, fraud, security events, or product misuse;
• measure reliability and improve the Services; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

When you use an AI-enabled feature, Solvryn may send the information needed for that request—including selected financial metrics, relevant transaction context, and your prompt—to an AI service provider. We aim to minimize the amount of data sent to what is reasonably necessary for the requested feature.

Solvryn's product architecture is designed to calculate core financial metrics deterministically before AI is used for explanation. AI responses can still be inaccurate. See our Financial & AI Disclaimer.

We may share information with:

• Service providers. Vendors that provide hosting, database, authentication, payments, AI processing, analytics, security, communications, or technical support.
• Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, or similar advisers when reasonably necessary.
• Legal and safety recipients. Government authorities or other parties when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud.
• Business transaction participants. Parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
• At your direction. Third parties you expressly authorize us to share information with.

We do not sell business financial data or personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not disclose workspace financial data to third parties for their own behavioral advertising.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type.

Account deletion is intended to remove the authenticated account and workspace data from active application systems, subject to technical processing time and limited retention in backups, security logs, transaction records, or records we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, or accounting purposes.

Solvryn uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated workspaces, database access controls, server-side secret handling, verified payment webhooks, and usage protections for AI endpoints. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, and you should protect your credentials and use appropriate security practices on your own devices.

Our Trust Center describes current product security principles without representing that Solvryn holds any certification unless explicitly stated there.

Depending on the Services available to you, you may update business profile information, export a copy of workspace data, manage billing, sign out, and request or initiate account deletion through Settings.

You may also have rights under applicable privacy laws to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply.

Solvryn and our infrastructure providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, session security, product preferences, fraud prevention, and site operation. If we later add non-essential advertising or cross-site tracking technologies, this Policy and any required consent controls should be updated before deployment.

The Services are intended for business users age 18 or older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the Services.

Solvryn is currently designed primarily for users in the United States. If information is transferred across jurisdictions, it may be processed in locations with different data-protection laws. Additional regional terms or transfer mechanisms may be added before Solvryn expands into jurisdictions that require them.

We may update this Policy as Solvryn changes. Material changes will be communicated through the website, account, email, or another reasonable channel. The "Last updated" date above shows when this version took effect.
